National Iyengar Yoga Day

On the 14th January, there will be International Iyengar Yoga Day.

I will be doing a free yoga class in Polish School in Walsall from 9:15 to 10:45 am.

Walstead Road West, Walsall, WS5 4PG

Please bring yoga mat with you. You are more than welcome.
